Your line, on WhatsApp.Every stop, before the shift is lost.

LineLoop turns the CCTV cameras your factory already has into an AI line supervisor. When a station goes idle, your supervisor gets a WhatsApp message with the likely reason, while there is still time to fix it. Not a report after the shift.

  1. IDLE
Station 4 has been idle for 12 min. Likely reason: material shortage. No parts at the input side since 10:30. 10:42
  2. Checking. Sending material now. 10:43
  3. RUNNING
Station 4 is running again. Stopped 15 min in total. 10:45
  4. CHANGEOVER
Press 2 changeover at 38 min. Target is 25 min, so it's 13 min over. 12:18

No new cameras. No new hardware. No new app to learn.

  • Uses the CCTV you already have

LineLoop connects to your existing cameras and recorder (NVR/DVR). Nothing new goes up on the shop floor.

  • Nothing to install

It's a web app. No boxes, sensors or wiring on your line, and nothing for your team to maintain.

  • Alerts come on WhatsApp

Supervisors get messages on the phone they already carry, not a dashboard nobody opens.

How it works

Three steps from your CCTV to your supervisor's phone.

  1. Connect

We link LineLoop to the CCTV recorder you already have.

    Usually an afternoon
  2. Map your line

We set up your stations, shift targets and what "good" looks like at each station.

Done with you, on the shop floor
  3. Get alerts and reports

WhatsApp alerts during the shift for supervisors, plus line and shift reports for owners.

    Every shift
Who it helps

One system. The right message for each person.

For supervisors

Know the minute a station stops, and why.

  • WhatsApp alerts during the shift when a station goes idle, blocked or into a long changeover.
  • The likely reason, not just the stop. Changeover, missing material or breakdown, worked out from your plant's own SOPs and maintenance logs.
  • Bottlenecks flagged as they form, so you can move people or material before the target slips.
  • No dashboard to keep open. The message comes to you.
For owners

See every line and shift, and the numbers your OEM scores you on.

  • OEE, uptime and downtime for every line, every shift.
  • On-time delivery and rejections traced to the exact line and shift, so you know where the problem started.
  • Daily and shift reports without waiting for someone to fill in Excel.
  • Help hitting OTD and rejection PPM, the numbers your OEM customers squeeze you on.
Privacy, by design

We watch stations, never people.

Every few seconds, LineLoop looks at each station and machine and labels it running, idle, changeover or blocked. That is the whole job. It does not rank, score or police individual workers.

  • Stations and machines, not people

Everything LineLoop reports is about a station or a machine: is it running, and if not, why.

  • No worker rankings, ever

We never rank or police individual workers. There is no leaderboard of people to argue about.

  • Built to be welcome on the floor

Supervisors and unions rightly reject surveillance tools. LineLoop is built not to be one.

FAQ

Questions plant owners ask us.

Something else on your mind? Book a 30-min call and ask us directly.

Do I need new cameras?

No. LineLoop connects to the CCTV cameras and recorder (NVR/DVR) your factory already has. There's no new hardware; it's a web app.

Will workers feel watched?

LineLoop watches stations and machines, not people. It labels each station as running, idle, changeover or blocked. It never ranks or polices individual workers. Supervisors and unions rightly reject surveillance tools, and we've built LineLoop not to be one.

How long does setup take?

Usually an afternoon to connect to your CCTV recorder. Then we map the line with you on the shop floor: your stations, shift targets and what "good" looks like at each one.

Do my supervisors need to learn a new app?

No. Alerts arrive on WhatsApp, on the phone they already use. Owners get line and shift reports, and a web view for OEE, uptime and downtime.

How does it know why a line stopped?

LineLoop reads your plant's own SOPs and maintenance logs. So when a station stops, it can tell you whether it looks like a changeover, missing material or a breakdown.

What does it cost?

We share pricing during the pilot, once we've seen your lines. Join the waitlist or book a call to talk it through.
