LineLoop Private beta

A letter from the founders For auto component plants · Waluj · Shendra · Chakan

35 years on the shop floor. 10 years building software. One question:

Why does nobody know the line’s output until the shift ends?

Dear plant owner,

LineLoop turns the CCTV cameras your factory already has into an AI line supervisor. It watches every station, notices the moment one stops, and tells your supervisor on WhatsApp while there is still time to act.

No new cameras. No new hardware. No dashboard that nobody opens. Just a clear picture of the line during the shift, not a spreadsheet after it.

We are onboarding our first pilot plants now, and spots are limited. If you run a line, we would like to hear from you.

— Mahesh & Karan Jariwala

I.The problem

The shift report arrives after the shift.

On most lines today, the real output is known only at the end of the shift. A supervisor walks the line with a clipboard, the numbers go into Excel, and the report reaches the owner when nothing can be done about it.

Nobody is hiding anything. A station waits for material. A changeover runs long. A machine trips, gets restarted, trips again. Each one is small. Together they decide whether you ship on time.

  1. Targets are set. The line starts.
  2. One station waits on material. The stations after it slow down. Nobody upstairs knows yet.
  3. Output is short. The reason is a guess.
  4. The Excel sheet arrives. The shift is already history.

“You cannot fix in the shift what you only learn about after it.”

Meanwhile, your OEM is keeping score. Suppliers get squeezed on three numbers:

Price
Every lost hour on the line is cost you cannot pass on.
On-time delivery
A short shift today is a late dispatch this week.
Rejection PPM
Problems you can’t trace to a line and shift keep coming back.
II.How it works

Three steps. No new cameras.

  1. Connect

We link LineLoop to the CCTV recorder (NVR or DVR) you already have, usually in an afternoon. It’s a web app, so there is nothing to install on the line.

  2. Map your line

Together, on your shop floor, we set up your stations, your shift targets and what “good” looks like at each station.

  3. Get alerts and reports

Supervisors get WhatsApp alerts during the shift, as bottlenecks form. Owners get line and shift reports they can actually read.

When a line stops, LineLoop tells you why: a changeover, missing material or a breakdown. It learns this from your plant’s own SOPs and maintenance logs.

III.What you get

One picture of the line, for the people who run it.

For the owner

MDs · plant heads
  • OEE, uptime and downtime for every line and every shift.
  • On-time delivery and rejections traced to the exact line and shift.
  • Daily and shift reports instead of waiting for the Excel sheet.
  • The numbers your OEM scores you on, with the reasons behind them.

For the supervisor

Production managers · line supervisors
  • WhatsApp alerts when a station stops, not a dashboard to keep checking.
  • Bottlenecks flagged as they form, while the shift can still be saved.
  • The likely reason: changeover, missing material or breakdown.
  • Less clipboard work at the end of every shift.
IV.Our promise

We watch stations, not people.

LineLoop looks at stations and machines. Every few seconds, it marks each station as one of four things, and that is all it is looking for.

  • Running
    Making parts.
  • Idle
    Ready, but nothing happening.
  • Changeover
Being set up for the next part.
  • Blocked
Waiting on the station before or after.
  • We never rank individual workers.
  • We never score or police individual workers.

Supervisors and unions are right to reject surveillance tools. We’ve built LineLoop not to be one, because a tool the shop floor doesn’t trust is a tool nobody uses.

V.Who we are

A father and son, from both sides of the line.

“One of us has spent a career on the shop floor and across the supplier table. The other builds the software.”

VI.A closing note

If this sounds like your plant, write back.

We are starting small on purpose. A handful of pilot plants, set up with you on your own shop floor, using the cameras you already have.

If you run tier-1 or tier-2 lines in Waluj, Shendra, Chakan or anywhere else, and you would like to know what your line is doing while the shift is still on, put your name on the list below. Or book half an hour and tell us about your line. We’re happy to just listen.

P.S. Pilot spots are limited, because we set up every plant in person.
