Private beta · Onboarding first pilot plants

Your CCTV is already watching the line. Now it reports back.

LineLoop turns the cameras and recorder your factory already has into a line supervisor that never leaves the floor. Every station, every few seconds: running, idle, changeover or blocked. When a line stops, your supervisor gets a WhatsApp, not an end-of-shift surprise.

No new cameras. No new hardware. Built for Indian auto component plants.

The problem

You find out at end of shift.

On most lines, nobody knows real output until the shift is over. The count is on a clipboard, the reasons go into Excel, and by the time anyone looks, the stoppage is hours old and the despatch is already short.

01 / Clipboard

Output is tallied by hand, once a shift. The line could have been stuck for an hour before lunch and nobody upstairs would know.

02 / Guesswork

Why did it stop? Changeover, missing material, a breakdown? By evening it's whoever remembers, and the same stoppage repeats tomorrow.

03 / The scorecard

Your OEM doesn't see the reasons. They see a late delivery and a rejection count, and they bring both to the next price discussion.

How it works

Three steps. Zero new cameras.

LineLoop is a web app that connects to the CCTV recorder you already run. We set it up with you, on your shop floor.

  1. Connect

We link LineLoop to your existing CCTV recorder (NVR or DVR). Usually done in an afternoon.

    Your cameras · Your recorder
  2. Map your line

Together we set up your stations, shift targets and what "good" looks like at each one. Done with you, on the floor.

    Stations · Targets · Shifts
  3. Get alerts and reports

Supervisors get WhatsApp alerts during the shift. Owners get line and shift reports they can act on the same day.

    WhatsApp · Shift reports
  • No new cameras
  • No new hardware
  • Works with your NVR / DVR
  • Runs in the browser

What you get

One line. Three people who need to know.

For the supervisor

Alerts while it matters

  • WhatsApp alerts, not another dashboard nobody opens.
  • Bottlenecks flagged as they form, before the next station starves or backs up.
  • Why the line stopped: changeover, missing material or breakdown, explained using your plant's own SOPs and maintenance logs.
For the owner

The shift, on one page

  • OEE, uptime and downtime per line and per shift.
  • Daily and shift reports instead of chasing Excel sheets.
  • Rejections and late deliveries traced to the exact line and shift they came from.
For your OEM scorecard

The numbers you're judged on

  • OEMs squeeze suppliers on price, on-time delivery and rejection PPM.
  • When every stoppage and every rejection has a line, a shift and a reason, you can fix the cause before it shows up on the scorecard.

Our stance

Stations,
not people.

We never rank or police individual workers. Supervisors and unions are right to reject surveillance tools, and they kill them fast. LineLoop is built not to be one. It looks at whether a station is working, not at who is standing there.

What LineLoop watches

  • Whether each station or machine is running, idle, in changeover or blocked
  • Where the line is backing up
  • Why a station stopped

What it will never do

  • Rank workers against each other
  • Score or police individuals
  • Become a tool used against your floor team
